Pain 🥖 instructions
- Dans un recipient melangez l'eau avec la la levure et le sucre filmez et laissez reposez pendant 10 mn ensuite versez la farine et le sel, l'huile melangez et ramassez jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène filmez et laissez levez jusqu'à ce qu'elle double de volume.
- Chauffez le four à température la plus ambiante, placez la plaque au four laissez chauffer.
- Dégazez la pâte et façonnez des pains oval, placez sur le papier sulfurisé découpez le pain en dessus avec un couteau saupoudrez de farine et de nigelle, ensuite les placez sur la plaque enfournez à 180° pendant environ 20 mn, bon appétit ☺️.
